We had over 80 attendees hungry for Vietnamese food gathered for the event officiated by Lan Tran Cao.  Due to limited seating, we had to turn away almost as many as those attended.  In future events, please register for our mailing list and you will be notified by email ahead of print publications. The presentation and the food were marvelous. My cousin and I had a delightful time. We enjoyed the stories and explanations and were particularly impressed by the packet of information and the choice of menu, which combined familiar foods with exotic spices and preparations……..
