2nd in a Series of Cooking Demonstration & Brunch


Our second cooking exhibition to introduce Vietnamese cuisine was held  on Jan. 12, 2002.  Vermicelli Salad (Goi Mien), Bean Sprout Salad (Goi Ga) and Beef Stew (Bo Kho) were sampled with Chardonnay and Shiraz from Wyndham Estate vineyards.
