Our first and widely successful cooking exhibition to introduce Vietnamese cuisine was held on Nov. 24, 2002. Beef & Papaya, spring rolls, and cellophane chicken noodle soup were sampled with Chardonnay, Semillon and Cabernet Sauvignon from Wyndham Estate vineyards. |
